Elizabeth, a certified Reiki Master and intuitive tarot reader, has been reading cards since the age of eleven and now blends her love of plants and energy work into every offering. Her signature Mullein Mixers—herbal blends crafted with lung-supporting mullein—were born from her own healing journey and can be enjoyed as soothing teas or herbal smoke blends. Beyond her handcrafted products, Elizabeth offers individual and group tarot and Reiki sessions that create space for clarity, empowerment, and self-connection. 

Tea and Tarot with Elizabeth was born from my lifelong love of plants, ritual, and storytelling through tarot. I began reading cards at the age of eleven, and over time my practice grew into a way of weaving together healing, insight, and creativity. During my own healing journey, I felt called to create herbal blends that were more than just teas — they became ritual tools, each crafted with intention and care.

The idea for Mullein Mixers came from a very personal place. I’ve been a smoker most of my life, and with that came shame, isolation, and the toll it took on my health and finances. I wanted to quit, but the truth was — I was still a smoker. I started looking for healthier alternatives to ease the transition, something that gave me the ritual without the harm. That search led me to mullein, a gentle lung-supporting herb that could be blended into pre-rolls or enjoyed as tea. It became the bridge between old habits and new healing, and from that, Mullein Mixers were born.

What lights me up most is seeing people connect with themselves through the simple act of ritual — whether it’s sipping tea, pulling a card, or sitting with breath and intention. I love that my offerings create space for calm, clarity, and a little enchantment in everyday life. Each blend, reading, or session is about empowerment: reminding people of their own strength and helping them tune into the wisdom already within them.

Every product I create is crafted with ritual in mind. My teas and mixers are blended using herbs chosen not just for their physical properties but also their energetic qualities. I treat each blend like a spell — aligned with purpose, intention, and respect for the plants. My work is also deeply heart-centered; I combine my background as a Reiki Master and intuitive reader with the physical craft of herbalism. This fusion of spiritual and practical makes my products both grounding and uplifting, designed to be healing on multiple levels.

Right now, my favourite creation is my line of Mullein Mixers. They’re versatile, soothing, and have become a customer favourite for their dual use — enjoyed in a teacup or blended into a smoke. People often share how much comfort they bring, and that feedback fills me with gratitude. On the service side, tarot will always be closest to my heart.
